ak11 Terms and Conditions

1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User") of the ak11 platform ("Platform") and all its services. In these Terms, the words "ak11", "we", "our" or "Platform" refer to the service provider.

• These Terms form a valid and binding agreement between the User and ak11.
• By accessing the Platform or creating an account, the User agrees to accept all these Terms.
• These Terms must be read together with ak11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• The Bengali version of the Terms shall be considered the authoritative version.

2 Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• Account: The User's registered personal profile used to access the Platform's services.
• Balance: The total amount of funds held in the User's account.
• Bonus: Additional credits or benefits provided for promotional purposes.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Transaction: Any deposit, withdrawal or bonus activation activity.

3 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on ak11, the User must meet all of the following conditions:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the country from which the service is being used.
• Must have the mental capacity to make independent decisions.
• All information provided must be true, accurate and complete.
• Multiple accounts per person are prohibited.

4 Registration Process

For successful registration, the User must provide accurate and verifiable information. ak11 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. In the event of false information being provided, the account will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

5 Account Security

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account. The following points apply in this regard:

• Keeping login credentials (username and password) secure is the User's sole responsibility.
• Sharing account information with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
• An account may only be operated by one individual.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

ak11 conducts an identity verification process to prevent fraud and protect users. Verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request or upon exceeding certain limits. The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

7 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply for depositing funds into ak11:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Only payment accounts registered in the name of the registered User may be used.
• Deposits made through third parties are prohibited.
• It may take some time for the deposited amount to be reflected in the account.

8 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals will be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended for a security review in the case of unusual transactions.

9 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply for this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (deposit + bonus).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Wagering must be completed within the set time limit after bonus activation.
• Use of the bonus may be restricted on certain games.

10 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all types of bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are provided for gaming purposes only, not for fund transfers.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, ak11 will conduct an investigation and reserves the right to cancel the bonus if necessary.
• ak11 may change or cancel any promotion or bonus offer without prior notice.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Separate conditions will apply for other promotions including VIP cashback.

11 Fair Gaming

ak11 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users:

• All games are operated through verified software providers.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes.
• In the case of incomplete game rounds due to technical errors, ak11 will make a decision after due consideration.
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the software or game process will result in immediate account closure.

12 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum betting limit is set for each game. Maximum betting limits may apply when placing bets using bonus funds. Placing bets outside the set limits may result in the transaction being cancelled and the bonus being forfeited.

13 Our Commitment

ak11 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial or personal problems:

• Users can set deposit and betting limits on their own accounts.
• There is an option to temporarily suspend the account or self-exclude if needed.
• The support team will provide assistance if signs of gaming addiction are observed.
• Strict verification measures are maintained to protect minors.

14 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on ak11 and violations may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Fraud, deception or any form of dishonest activity.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Playing games through bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account information.
• Disrupting the normal operations of the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information.

17 Account Termination

ak11 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion or evidence of money laundering.
• Providing false information.
• Identification of an underage user.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time through the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn prior to account closure, subject to verification requirements being met.

18 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the following process must be followed:

• First, the complaint must be submitted in detail to the support team via email.
• The support team will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
• Opportunities to resolve disputes at various levels will be available in a step-by-step manner.
• ak11's decision in resolving a dispute will be considered final; however, all decisions will be made on the basis of fairness.
